The current education is basically the same created in the industrial revolution, as workers were taught to fulfill and learn production in industrial systems.
Thus, from the Industrial Revolution, in 1760, we have more than two hundred years of use of this system.
A retrograde system in the sense that learning is controlled and massified by the system that generates knowledge.
He is trapped in a system that the individual cannot evolve faster, nor does he respect the limits of each individual's learning.
The system has now become so outdated in its way that the new generations can no longer sustain themselves in these environments.
Having such young people, almost total disbelief about learning. This disbelief tends to reach even teachers, who often teach classes merely to earn income in their employment system.
Technology has come a long way since the industrial revolution, but educational methods have almost entirely remained in the industrial revolution system.
Most of the masters are linked to old customs, and few have acquired knowledge and skills in new technologies.
The student's will to study and learn according to their dreams is not respected, nor are social tools built for educational interaction between students and teachers.
While in technology knowledge can be exposed without the need for a controlling teacher, a tutor is needed in a free environment, or in organized workshops.
Garden tours, knowledge and skills whether in food production, or creating objects, in which students interact with the environment, do not occur.
We live in a totally antiquated system, deluding ourselves with the use of technology, in the same molds as the antiquated system.
Knowledge networks are not built, which facilitate research and response. Not even knowledge trees are organized so that the student really achieves his goal.
Merely knowing technology does not make education modern, but applying technology in a way that frees students from the antiquated system of the industrial revolution.
Knowledge is like a tree in which we have the base as the root and its trunk, but they forget that the branches exist, and it is the right of each one to choose the branches he wants.
But with each passing day, education determines trunks so extensive, they look like Baobab trees. Which have immense trunks and few branches.
Aiming to change this paradigm, we created an education system linked to modernity and the right to choose for each individual, whether child, youth or adult.
