* Raw salads: yellow pepper, chard, onion and alfalfa sprout.

Wholegrain pasta. 1/2 kg of wholegrain spaghetti pasta, 1/2 cup of cooked green peas, 1/2 cup of finely cooked carrots, 1/2 cup of finely chopped black olives, garlic to taste, oregano, 2 tablespoons of sunflower cream, 5 tablespoons of water, 1 grated onion.
Cook the pasta normally, leaving it firm, drain and set aside. Place the 5 tablespoons of water in the pan with the sunflower cream, garlic, onion and oregano. Let it boil. Add salt to taste and all the vegetables. After a few minutes, mix in the pasta.
Raw salads: endive, tomato, onion, raw beet.
Chestnut croquette. 1 and 1/2 cup grated chestnuts (Brazil nuts or cashew nuts), 2 grated raw carrots, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of green scent, finely chopped mint, 3 slices of ground old bread (not toasted). Mix all the ingredients and form cookies about 1 cm thick. Take to bake in a pyrex. After roasting, add tomato sauce and leave for a few more minutes in the oven.
