Billions of human beings and none with macro evolution, billions of types of monkeys, and none becoming homo sapiens. Billions of reptiles, and none raising wings and flying.

If the 4.5 billion year old theory already made it difficult to prove why macro evolution is not occurring, imagine now reducing time?

So, either the different beings existed at once, or by magic, macro evolution was turned off, so that we cannot detect it in practice.
