Man has no sharp fangs, no claws, and no strength to kill animals.
So if we idealize like evolutionists, man before having inventions like fire, and weapons, could not kill animals to eat. Since your teeth are not able to tear the flesh. External mechanisms are needed to prepare the meat so that man can chew it.
In this way, man, anthropologically speaking, did not develop to eat animal meat. His training was in eating fruits, and worms from the same fruits. It would also be able to feed on eggs. But his aptitude without tools is not being able to eat meat, due to his physical system.
If we idealize the Biblical creationist system, the same factor also occurs, man is developed to eat fruit. Whatever idea you manage, the real fact is that meat is not man's natural food. And what is not natural creates future problems.
In fact, eating meat has an increased risk of cancer, and some research has determined that red meat iron can accelerate degenerative diseases in the brain.
There is no rational basis for eating meat, that is, any choice to eat meat, is worse than the use of fruits and vegetables. The use of meat generates more energy expenditure from nature, and thus there is much less devastation, eating fruits, vegetables and cereals, than with meat. The human footprint on the land would be greatly reduced by not using meat.
So eating meat is much more destructive to nature than eating fruits, vegetables and cereals. In fact great thinkers, using clear logic, have demonstrated how rational it is to not use meat.
