What is Gentile? And a law to the Gentiles?

First what is Gentile?
Gentile in the bible comes from the Greek etinikos, or etinos that represents merely individuals living in that region. The function of using Gentile is merely to say that one is not attached to a group claiming to be a follower of God. So every time the term Gentile is used, it is defining people who are not bound to any knowledge of God. Therefore, once determined that one is Gentile, then automatically has no connection with God or does not know God.
We can see this in the following verse:
Mat 18:17  And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
That is, if a person is Gentile, such a person is not part of a group that claims to be a follower of God. Thus, any law of God is not bound to a Gentile.
It must be understood that the word Gentile, determines all, because everyone has an ethnicity, the Hebrews are of ethnic Mesopotamia. In fact everyone who lives in one place is Gentile. But by accepting to follow God's commands, one becomes not part of the earthly group and enters a celestial group. This is the theoretical notion of being gentile or not.
When we see the verse:
Rom 2:13  For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
Here we are talking about non-Gentiles, that is, people who know and accept the divine orders, for them it is necessary to practice law. So there are rules and these rules followed, they demonstrate that the person is not Gentile. But we still see another verse:
Rom 2:14  For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Now, here we have people who do not know the law of God but naturally proceed according to the law. For example, several non-Christian peoples define the same as verse:
Exo 20:15  Thou shalt not steal.
Now, such people who do not know the norms of God, walking in conformity with it serve as law for himself.
Rom 2:15  Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;
When they follow the law, not needing to be determined, such a way of doing it is considered a law engraved on the heart.
Exo 20:12  Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
When a person loves their parents and helps such, they have the law engraved on the heart, even if they do not need to read somewhere to follow. The point is that the law does not cease to exist, only that the law has become part of the person. Thus, this person who loves his parents, follows the law naturally, as if the law did not exist or was not necessary.
Gen 26:5  Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
The question is, was Abraham a Gentile? Now he was of the Hebrew ethnicity, or Mesopotamian. But he followed the norms of God, if he followed the norms of God, according to the rule he was not Gentile. He also knew God, for he spoke to God.
Isa 51:7  Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
See in the previous verse we have that the one who has the laws in the heart is separated as a people, for it says, "ye people, in whose heart is my law," and so being ethnic from whatever region, it is separated as a people.
Heb 10:16  This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
And now in this verse we can see the question of the people who have the laws in the heart, as was shown previously. We have seen in the text, "These show the rule of the law engraved in your heart," now the law continues to exist, but now it is not necessary to write the law on paper or stone, for it is in the heart. But the law continues.
So the previous question is, is there a law to the Gentiles? The answer is: there is no law to the Gentiles who have no knowledge of God, nor accept such knowledge. But a Jew can be a Gentile if he does not wish to accept the knowledge of God. Thus, one is not a Gentile if one accepts the knowledge of God. And if the person accepts the knowledge of God has the law in the heart and how they are practicing the law will be justified.
If anyone says that the Gentile does not have to keep the law, know that this Gentile that the person is speaking must be someone who does not accept God. For accepting God is not Gentile, and Gentile who does not know God, needs to practice the law, not because it is written on paper, but because it is natural to follow, because it is in the heart.
