When we know that the principle represents a great period of time, we find after that period the planet earth. And what would this planet look like?
Genesis 1: 2 And the earth was without form, and void; darkness covered the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
First we must observe that the earth was formless, and what is "formless"? It comes from a Semitic term that defines something chaotic. And the term "empty." Empty represents a state of ruin, or without any living being. And we see the term darkness really defines a darkness over the abyss, but the term "abyss" comes from the Semitic ocean or great deep sea, ie the deep sea was called the abyss.
It quotes in the verse that the Spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters, which shows that abyss described is a deep ocean. The term spirit comes from the Hebrew ruach, which defines the term breath, ie the breath of the Almighty was on the face of the waters.
So now let's try to build the vision of Moses. First he saw a chaotic land, with no living being, in a great deep ocean, with darkness over that ocean. The more rational representation would be similar to what we are seeing in the scene. That is, through the verse we could observe this scene. But he states that Moses saw the breath of the Almighty. We must read what is written and try to rebuild. And the most logical view would be that the air would move differently over the waters.
The idea of ??such a different movement from the air described as the Breath of the Almighty is in fact something that the Hebrews were accustomed at the time, called the Shekinah, a great mass of smoke that lay on the tabernacle and entered the most holy place of the tabernacle.
It was defined that through the breath of the Almighty it was as if his presence were there. In fact the real presence of God would cause man's death.
Exodus 33:20 And he added, "You can not see my face, for no one can see me and live."
John 1:18 No one has ever seen God, but the Only Begotten Son, who is with the Father, has made him known.
1 Timothy 6:16 The one who is immortal and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be the honor and power forever. Amen.
That is, according to the verses, the Almighty appears in indirect ways as if represented by his direct presence.
We can fix some logical concepts.
It is not known when that planet Earth was formed.
The primordial Earth was composed of a deep ocean.
There were no living beings.
God can not be seen directly by men.
His presence is defined as the breath of the Almighty.

The primordial earth, breath of the almighty, ruach, exodus 33:20, genesis 1: 2, John 1:18, 1 Timothy 6:16, shekinah, abyss
