(Chald. Gibbar', גִּכָּר, for Heb. גִּבְּוֹר, a hero, as in Dan_3:20; Sept. Γαβέρ,Vulgate Gebbar), given as thee same of a man whose descendants to the number of 95 returned with Zerubbabel from Babylon (Ezr_2:20), probably an error for the remnants of the natives of GIBEON SEE GIBEON (Neh_7:25).
