JEGAR-SAHADUTHA (cairn of witness).The name said to have been given by Laban to the cairn erected on the occasion of the compact between him and Jacob (Gen_31:47).
Hastings' Dictionary of the Bible

("heap of witness".) The Aramaic or Chaldee name given by the Syrian Laban to the stone heap commemorating his compact with Jacob, whereon they ate together. Galeed, "a witness heap," the Hebrew name given by Jacob.(See GALEED.) The whole region was already "Gilead," i.e. hard rocky region, and Jacob made the word by a slight change to mark a crisis in his history (Gen_31:44-55).

Jegar-sahadutha
(Chald. Yegar'-Sahadutha', יְגִר שָׂהֲוּתָא, pile of the testimony; Sept. βουνὸς τῆςμαρτυρίας, Vulgate tumulus testis), the Aramsean name given by Laban as a Syrian to the mound of stones erected as a memorial of his league with Jacob, whereas the latter styled it (Gen_31:47) by the equivalent. Hebrew name of GAL-EED SEE GAL-EED q.v.).
