jek-a-mē?am, jē̇-kam?ē̇-am (יקמעם, yeḳam‛ām probably ?may kinsman establish?): Head of a Levitical house (1Ch_23:19; 1Ch_24:23). The meaning of the name depends upon that of (עם, ‛am) in compound names; see HPN, 46, 51ff.
