Lebo'nah. (frankincense). A place named in Jdg_21:19 only. Lebonah has survived to our times under the almost identical form of el-Lubban. It lies to the west of and close to the Nablus road, about eight miles north of Beitan (Bethel), and two miles from Seilun (Shiloh).

It is represented by the modern Khān el-Lubbān, about 3 miles West-Northwest of Seilun (?Shiloh?), on the way to Nablus. It is a wretched village lying on the slope of a hill, with many rock tombs in the vicinity.
