Bakbukiah
(Heb. Bakbukyah', בִּקְבֻּקְיָה, prob. wasting of Jehovah; Sept. Βακβακίας, βοκχείας, but other copies omit), a Levits, second among his brethren, who dwelt at Jerusalem on the return from Babylon (Neh_11:17; Neh_12:9; Neh_12:25, where the identity is proved by the associated names). B.C. post 536.
