Heb. Teymani', תֵּימָנַי; Sept. Θαιμανί or Θαιμανίτης) is the title (1Ch_1:45; Job_2:11 sq.) of a descendant of Teman or an inhabitant of that land. SEE TEMAN. Tem'eni [some Te'meni or Teme'ni] (Heb. Teymeni', תֵּימְנַי, Temaznite (Geseni or fortunate [Fürst]; Sept, Θαιμάν, Vulg. Themani), second-named of the four sons of Ashur (q.v.), the father of Tekoa by his wife Naarah (1Ch_4:6). B.C. cir. 1618.
