The Sabbath Christians and the Law

Gen 2: 3 God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified him; because in him he rested from all his work that he had created and done. (Many Christians have selective reading, saying that the Sabbath is from Israel, when it was formed in Genesis.)

People say that Jesus does not quote the first 4 commandments, but we can see in Mark

Mar 12:29 Jesus answered, The first is, Hear, Israel, the Lord our God is the only Lord.
Mar 12:30 You will therefore love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your understanding and with all your strength.

And this is related to the commandments of Deuteronomy

(Deu 6: 5) Then you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
And therefore connected with the Sabbath,
Deu 5:12 Keep the Sabbath day to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you;
You gave 5:13 six days to work, and to do all your work;
(Deu 5:14) But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. that day you will not do any work, neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your servant, nor your servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any animal of yours, nor the foreigner that is inside the your doors; so that your servant and your servant may rest as well as you.

We see the importance of the commandment
16:16 but now manifest and, through the prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of God, eternal, made known to all nations for obedience of faith;
This is because all the commandments are equally important. So killing and not keeping the Sabbath has the same value,

Because whoever keeps the whole law, and stumbles on one point, has become guilty of all.
For the one who said, You will not commit adultery, also said, You will not kill. If you therefore do not commit adultery, but kill, you are a transgressor of the law.
James 2: 10-11,

God speaks what day is the Sabbath.

Gen_2: 2 Now when God had completed the work he had done on the seventh day, he rested on that day from all the work he had done.
Gen_2: 3 God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified him; because in him he rested from all his work that he had created and done.

Let us rejoice and rejoice in him - The psalmist, and all who have joined him in his thanksgiving. Thus, the Christian Sabbath. It is a day of joy - all joy, not sadness. It is a day to be happy in; a day of rest; one day, when life's cares and toil are suspended; one day, when they are no longer pursued with the things that afflict us in the week's worldliness; one day, when we think of God, of redemption, of hope, of heaven. The Sabbath must be a day of joy and not of sadness; it would be the happiest of all days for the tired and tired people everywhere, if they observed themselves correctly. In a world of toil and suffering, it is among God's richest blessings for people; strengthens, refreshes, and cheers the heart of the oppressed and sad man here;

The duty of the Sabbath, the day's work being done on his day: We will rejoice and rejoice in him, not just in the institution of the day, that there is such a marked day, but on the occasion that, of Christ becoming the head of the corner. This we should rejoice in as much as his honor and our advantage. Saturdays must be rejoicing days, and then they are to us like the days of heaven. See what a good teacher we serve, who, having instituted a day for his service, names him to be spent in holy joy.

In the law we have why Jesus needed to die, so Jesus died for Adam's sin.

1Co_15: 45 So it is also written: The first man, Adam, became a living soul; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit.

Jesus always defined the need for divine standards.

 Isa 1:17 learn to do good; seek justice, end oppression, do justice to the orphan, defend the widow's cause.
Mat 23:23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you tithe mint, dill and cumin, and you have omitted the most important thing in the law, namely, justice, mercy and faith; these things, however, you should do, without omitting those.

Demarcating that the act of following is an act of love.

Joh 14:21 He who has my commandments and keeps them, he is the one who loves me; and he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and show myself to him.
1Jn 5: 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not painful;
2Jn 1: 6 And this is the love: that we walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, as you have heard from the beginning, to walk in it.
