WMO - World Meteorological Organization, and UNEP - United Nations program for the environment, developed the IPCC - Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
And they generated a document on climate change and forecasts defined for the year 2021.
And they defined in this document a central point that says:
It is unmistakable that human influence has warmed the atmosphere, ocean and land. Rapid and widespread changes occurred in the atmosphere, ocean, cryosphere and biosphere.
We see, therefore, that the scientific community has now accepted factors that have long been said to occur. Which is the alteration of the world environment by human pollution.
Economic and political factors made the world reach this period, when more environmental disasters occurred. What causes the evil generated for decades against nature, has reached points of political and economic risks.
But the study continues in paragraph A.1.1. That clearly says that greenhouse gases are unequivocally caused by human activities. So what we have is clearly what many denial scientists did not accept.
In this way what we have is a very late acceptance, when the natural system is in a rapid effect of destruction. The study defines the term "unambiguously", meaning clearly that it is human guilt.
In part A.1.2. It clearly defines global temperature rises over the past four decades, much higher than past centuries. Demonstrating that, by natural means, the planet is warming.
But let's now look at the graph defined by the study.
The graph shows the temperature variations of the last two thousand years, and a constant temperature system can be observed, until approximately the year one thousand, there is a slight drop in temperature, but when the last decades are reached, there is a temperature explosion, without precedents. It is an imbalance of the environmental system, which cannot balance the temperature in its ecological system.
Tinkering with the planetary balance is not without consequences. We can observe several catastrophes occurring at a dizzying pace on planet earth.
Looking at the second graph, which is for the period from 1850 to 2020, we have that the simulated change takes place after 1950, that is, in the industrial explosion. And what is observed is the same as what is simulated with human beings. Clearly defining what is happening is a human factor. If there was no human factor, there would be no increase in temperature and the planet would be balanced.
And given the new occurrences of forest fires, lack of water, and increased functioning of coal-based energy, what can be predicted is an even greater increase.
In A.1.3. It mentions that the planet's temperature rose from 0.8 to 1.3 degrees Celsius, the best estimate is 1.07 degrees. Caused by gases released by man, which changed the concentrations of gases in the atmosphere.
