Psalms 71 - God, my Fortress

In you, O LORD, I trust; never be me confused.
Deliver me in your righteousness and make me escape; bow your ears to me and save me.
Be my strong dwelling, to which I can turn continually; you have given me a commandment that saves me, for you are my rock and my fortress.
for you are my hope, Lord God; you have been my trust since my youth.
I have been supported by you from the belly; you are the one who took me from my mother's womb; my praise will be for you constantly.
I am a prodigy for many, but you are my strong haven.
Fill my mouth with your praise and your glory all day long.
Do not reject me in old age; do not forsake me when my strength runs out.
O God, be not far from me; my God, hurry to help me.
Let those who are adversaries of my soul be confused and consumed; let those who seek my evil be covered with reproach and confusion.
But I will continually wait and praise you more and more.
My mouth will report the blessings of your righteousness and your salvation all day long, since I do not know their number.
I will go out in the strength of the LORD God; I will mention your righteousness, and only it.
You taught me, O God, from my youth; and so far I have announced your wonders.
Now, too, when I am old and white-haired, do not forsake me, O God, until I have announced your strength to this generation, and your power to all who are to come.
Your righteousness, too, O God, is very high, for you have done great things; O God, who is like you?
You, who have made me see many evils and anguish, will still give me life and bring me out of the depths of the earth.
You will increase my greatness and you will comfort me again.
I will also praise you with the psaltery, as well as your truth, O my God; I will sing you with the harp.
My lips will rejoice when I sing to you, as will my soul that you have redeemed.
My tongue will speak of your righteousness all day long.
