The Spirit in Us

The man who has God in his heart, ceases to live in the flesh, and lives in the Spirit. And we are told:
But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if, in fact, the Spirit of God dwells in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, that person is not his.
If, however, Christ is in you, the body is actually dead because of sin, but the spirit is life, because of righteousness.
If the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead resides in you, the same person who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also quicken your mortal body through his Spirit, who lives in you.
In this way, we must unite ourselves with God to dwell in our bodies. And so we can die to sin, and be a new creature. So it is written.
And so, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, new ones have been made.
So let us walk as new creatures, so that we can be made alive by the Spirit, and become one with God, connected in Christ Jesus. And so the scriptures say.
Now, therefore, there is no longer any condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
