Some people determine that the goat was for the Lord or for Azazel, the question is how to use the preposition?
"And he will cast lots for the two goats: one for the Lord and the other for Azazel" 2 , what is it for one and the other, the goat or luck? The text is clear the luck that is involved to each one. So the goat belongs to you or the azazel goat. And not that the goat is not owned by the Lord and the other one is not owned by Azazel. According to the biblical term "גורל H1486 אחד H259 ליהוה H3068 וגורל H1486 אחד H259 לעזאזל׃ H5799" 1 , - luck (גורל H1486) falls into duplicity and it is therefore clear that it is the luck that was involved determining that the goat is from the lord and the other. Now we see in sequence 3 , that the preposition was linked to luck, defining again that the goat was determined to be someone's being.
The construction in Leviticus 16:10 4 , "לשׁלח H7971 אתו H853 לעזאזל H5799 המדברה׃ H4057" 4 , defining going (H7971), oneself (H853), Azazel (H5799), desert (H4057). What we have in this construction is that the goat belongs to Azazel with its possession, or being part of it (itself (H853)). This was logical, since the lambs in sacrifice were of God, and not for God. This is based on the idea that the lamb is from God seen the text " Because God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish, but have eternal life. " 5, if it were not for the lamb of God the verse would be wrong, in fact the sinner uses the lamb to transfer his sin, but the lamb is from God. Now God has no sin, therefore he could not offer the lamb as man offers sin, so the lamb offered is not for God's atonement but for man. Thus the lamb is from God and not to God. Thus the term of the goat's preposition, it is God's goat and Azazel's goat. In fact we have that Jesus is of God, but we could never say that Jesus is of Satan.
Now it is very clear that the goat is closely linked to God as possessor and in contrast the other goat is closely linked to the possessor who is Azazel. In fact the Azazel goat, or using the term (himself (H853)), Azazel goat, puts only two positions, that such is Azazel himself, (himself (H853)) which is the most strengthened because it has a Hebrew term for such, or is it, as possession. In fact, in none of the determinations could such a goat represent even the slightest idea that it is Jesus.
In fact, the use of the Azazel Goat for Jesus is an abomination to the meaning of Christianity, as it makes Jesus at least a servant of Azazel, by the term (himself (H853)) that is in the Hebrew verse.
