#Mercury #planet #solarSystem
Mercury is the planet closest to the Sun, the part that receives the sun's brightness is 427 degrees Celsius, and the dark part is minus 183 degrees. This is because there is no atmosphere on Mercury, the solar wind does not allow gases to be trapped on the planet's surface. As heat from a planet is directly linked to light or electromagnetic wave reflecting off it, so where it doesn't reflect light it is cold and where it does reflect it is very hot.
For comparison we can look at Planet Earth in comparison with Planet Mercury. Mercury is approximately 3 times smaller than planet Earth.
The soil of planet Mercury is solid, with the appearance of planet Earth's moon. The crust is made of solid rocky material, with iron ore, the mantle composed of metallic and rocky material partly solid and partly molten.
.And it is assumed that the planet's core is composed of metal. The core has the highest concentration of Iron, than any other planet.
Which makes Mercury have a magnetic field to wrap it up against the solar wind. The origin of Iron on the planet Mercury is a mystery. For Iron in theory is produced and launched into space by dead stars. Because iron hinders the fusion effect of stars.
