For the UN to do something, countries with destructive powers must agree.
Because even considering the world rational, it in fact is not. The control system is still the animal system, the law of the strongest. We can have men who think about evolution, about human mental elevation. But in reality the majority work on the concept of power.
Countries with destructive power are the dominators, the imposers and the imperialists. The other countries are considered merely slaughter regions.
Currently, we have countries having their population decimated by stronger countries. But as importance is the law of the strongest, even irrational reason would be biased towards the side of the strongest.
The weak are left with nothing but terror, torture, suffering and death.
As sad as it may be to think so, this is the truth. There is no point in being deluded about the things we are constantly seeing.
If a country destroys a hospital, or a school, or even entire cities, and if that country is the dominant one, then its actions are miraculously considered correct.
This power system has been used since ancient times. How did ancient empires do it?Each and every atrocity was justified merely by having the power.
This continues in the same way. Man expands technology, and with this he now has the power to destroy much more, just as the populations of the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed. Thus, the dominant countries are the gods, and the others are animals serving the will of the dominant.
This has always been this way, and without the intervention of a superior and just power, this will end up continuing this way, and with more control, as the technological system in the hands of the powerful merely has the function of control.
In fact, an analysis of the universe, and we can imagine that this superior power really exists, and that at some point it will put an end to this irrational action, of considering men as a special race, and others merely as slaughter animals.
