Does the Bible say that the Chinese are correct in eating everything?

Many people out of desire to be gluttonous, or to indulge their pleasures use the following verse.
1Co 10:25 Eat all that is sold in the butcher shop, without asking anything, because of conscience.
But in another verse it says so.
Rom_14: 21 It is good not to eat meat, nor to drink wine, nor to do other things in which your brother stumbles, or is offended, or weakens.
The question is, is eating meat good or bad?
We can see that in China food involves several animals and insects. And it is determined that the Covid-19 outbreak arose from feeding on such animals.
The question is, was it right or wrong to eat these animals? According to the verse that we read good is not to eat meat.
But what does Paul quote? The verse says so in the continuation of Corinthians
1Co 10:27 And if any of the infidels invites you and wants to go, eat whatever is set before you, without asking anything, because of conscience.
But where is Paul talking about? You're talking about infidels, and you're talking about Greece. Thus the Greeks were fed with all kinds of meat in addition to being offered to the pagan gods.
So the idea is that when you stop being a pagan, your food will change, as it was said that it is good not to eat meat.
It is easy to know that if the Chinese were converted and ate what is best, the virus that caused a pandemic in the world, could never have arisen.
But what is the good? According to the Bible, the perfection of the earth is in Eden. And there was no death, that is, meat was not eaten. We have that man when he left the hands of God, he had rules for his body.
Gen_1: 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb that gives seed and that is on the face of all the earth and every tree in which there is fruit from a tree that gives seed; they will be yours for sustenance.
And this is the right food. For viruses, such as the Spanish flu, or even Covid-19 would not have appeared, since man does not acquire viruses from plants.
To go against this foundation is to release eating rats, dogs, slugs, pangolins, monkeys, snakes, and others, and this is not the ideal that God has determined.
Jas 4:17 Therefore, he who knows how to do good and does not commit sin.
