We see that Jesus' testimony is the Spirit of Prophecy. # * #
1.2. Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy
The text says that the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy and does not say that Jesus is, it says yes that the testimony is the Spirit of Prophecy.
1.3. Ellen White says it is the Spirit of Prophecy?
"The Lord opened the plan of salvation more widely for Enoch and, by the Spirit of Prophecy, carried it through the generations that would live after the flood, showing him the great events related to the second advent of Christ and the end of the world. "Jud. 14. HR 58
If Ellen considered herself the Spirit of Prophecy she should have lived before she was born.
"Nevertheless, when I send you a testimony of warning and reproach, many of you claim to be simply Sister White's opinion. You have thus insulted the Spirit of God. You know how the Lord has manifested Himself through the Spirit of Prophecy. The past, the present and the future have passed before me. She mentions a power that has impelled me to reprove, or has shown me faces that I have never seen, and subjects previously presented to my (Ellen) spirit, Ellen's spirit received instruction from another spirit that was not Ellen.
"We must follow the directions given through the Spirit of Prophecy. We must love and obey the truth for this time. This will keep us from accepting powerful mistakes." OE 308

We see that " God gave His revelations to man at all times through Christ. " The revelations come from God to Christ and " Christ who spoke to His people through the prophets ", Ellen quotes that Jesus' testimony is the Spirit of Prophecy.
" There are many dreams that derive from the ordinary facts of life, and with which the Spirit of God has nothing to do. There are also false dreams, as there are false visions, that are inspired by the spirit of Satan. The dreams of the Lord, however, they are classified in His Word along with the visions, and are, like these, the fruit of the Spirit of Prophecy. These dreams, if one takes into account the people who had them and the circumstances in which they were given, bear the stamp on themselves of its authenticity. "
Ellen mentions that the Lord's dreams are the fruit of the Spirit of Prophecy, not taking Ellen the role of a dream-maker, but one who receives dreams.
We must follow the directions given through the Spirit of Prophecy. We must love the truth for this time and obey it. This will keep us from accepting strong mistakes. TSv2 275
