Dishan
(Hebrews Dishan',) דַּישָׁןanother form for the name Dishon; Sept. ῾Ρισών, but in 1Ch_1:42 Δαισών v.r. Δισάν), the name of the youngest son of Seir- the Horite, father of Uz and Aran, and head of one of the original tribes of Idumaea (Gen_36:21; Gen_36:28; Gen_36:30; 1Ch_1:38; 1Ch_1:42).
