This is a very strange question, because what is evil? Does evil exist or was it created?
Let's make a comparison: can we say that there are no signs of electromagnetic waves in the Middle Ages?
Understand this way, in Greece, among ancient peoples, or in the Middle Ages, there were no cell phones or radios, but that does not mean that there were no laws that defined the possibilities of using electromagnetic waves to send messages.
Thus, the possibility of sending messages through electromagnetic waves has always existed in the universe, but people simply did not know how to do it.
With the development of technology, people began to use such systems and talk on cell phones, listen to the radio and watch television.
The same thing happens with evil. Evil exists! The question is knowing how to do it or having the possibility of doing it.
In this way, every conscious being, be it an angel, another consciously created being, or a human being, can all do evil, because there are laws that allow them to do so.
Let's imagine that all human beings have a body like a spirit. And the person wants to kill another person.
Could a weapon kill a spirit? The answer is no. A spirit has the idea of not accepting physical destruction. Therefore, there is no possibility of killing a being that is made of spirit, whether by atomic bomb, or by war, or in any other way.
So, to do the evil of killing someone, the person needs to have a body that can be killed. Therefore, to do evil there must be ways to do it, otherwise it is impossible to do it!
Many religious systems have the idea of hell, where people scream in pain and suffer torture for all eternity. But if human beings had all their nerves, which transmit pain, cut off, then they would feel no pain, and all the ideas created about hell, of eternal suffering, would no longer have any basis.
Thus, evil can only exist if it is first created, by the creator of everything. In a way, we have a text in the Bible that says.
"I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things."
What determines that the possibility of doing evil was created by God. See, the text does not say that God said to do evil, the text says that He created evil, as He created light and darkness. The point is that each person chooses what they want to do.
Thus, it is constructed that Satan was the first being to practice evil, that is, he learned how to do evil, and he did it.
Like a scientist who learned how to use radio waves and sent signals with electromagnetic waves. Such waves already existed, he was just the first to use them. Because if electromagnetic waves didn't exist, he would never be able to do something that doesn't exist.
Thus, Satan was only able to do evil because he existed, he had not done it before, but the laws that allowed his production existed.
And then he taught several angels, but only the third part wanted to do it. So, the angels learned, but they did not want to do it.
It's like knowing how to make an atomic bomb but not deciding to build it. The laws that govern construction have always existed in the universe, but the decision to learn and build is up to each person.
So evil is a choice for each person. If you want to drink alcohol, or have another addiction, you choose to destroy your health, but another person does not choose to do this evil.
In the same way, Eve decided to eat the forbidden fruit, she could have not eaten it, the decision was hers, like Adam, she could also have decided differently. Thus, each person chooses whether or not to learn and act within the laws that allow evil.
Even these laws have limits, human beings can only do the evil that they are allowed to do. No one kills with their thoughts, or has miraculous powers, like in movies.
Thus, human beings have limitations, which leads us to the idea that we are merely showing someone or a group, wherever they are, what we have chosen.
And from the oldest writings, it seems that these internal choices guarantee some place, like a type of competition or entrance exam, in which those who do not pass are eliminated.
And what it seems is that the rule to pass is the will and joy to do good, and the sadness and the will not to do evil.
