SOY MEATBALLS
1 cup of soy dough
1 cup of chopped tomato
Onion, salt, garlic and chopped green smell
2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
1 spoon of wheat flour
Sauté all seasonings and tomatoes in oil. Add the soy dough. Let it cool slightly and add the flour and oil. Mix and give the point. Make the meatballs and let them cook in tomato sauce; they can also be fried in hot oil.
INTEGRAL RICE
For each cup of rice, use 2 cups of water. Put the water in the pressure cooker with onions, garlic, tomatoes etc., and put it on the fire. When it boils, put the washed and drained rice and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it soak for 2 hours. Bring the pan back to the heat, add the salt and oil and cook under pressure for 25 to 30 minutes. If there is no pressure cooker, then cook it over a low heat until it dries, and then leave it in a warm place to finish softening, or wrap the pan in plenty of newspaper (away from the fire) and leave it for 1/2 hour, and see how loose and soft it will be.
