POTATO DUMPLING

1/2 medium onion, grated
3 cups of boiled and mashed potatoes
200 g unsweetened corn flakes
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Salt

Grind the corn flakes. Reserve. Make a mixture with the onion, salt, flour and potato. Grease your hands with oil and shape the cookies. Pass them through the corn flakes, through the oil, and again, through the corn flakes. Bake them in a hot oven (200º) for approximately 15 minutes.

BROCOLIS CAKE

PASTA
1 cup of oil
1 cup of cornstarch (cornstarch)
2 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Salt

FILLING
1 small packet of broccoli
2 chopped garlic cloves
5 tablespoons of oil
1 large onion in slices
10 black olives

Beat all the dough ingredients in a blender and set aside. Cook and broccoli in a little salted water until tender. Sauté the broccoli in the oil with the chopped garlic. Pour half of the dough into a medium greased and floured baking sheet. Spread the broccoli and the onion rings on top. Distribute the olives and cover with the remaining pasta. Bake in a medium oven until golden brown.

GLUTEN COOKIES

2 cups of boiled and ground gluten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, grated
1 tablespoon of Japanese sauce
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of oil
Parsley
Salt to taste

Sauté the onion in oil until golden. Add the Japanese sauce. Mix the remaining ingredients. Make the dumplings and fry in a little oil. You can also roast them in a water bath, in a greased and floured form. Then make a sauce using 1 1/2 cups of vegetable water (potatoes, for example). Add the water from the vegetables. Cook until creamy. Pour over the cookies and bake a little in the oven.

SOY FLOUR CAKE

2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 cup of soy flour
1 1/2 cups of soy milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon. 

Beat the sunflower oil with the sugar and flour. Alternately place the flours mixed with the yeast and the milk, always beating. Place the lemon zest or chocolate. Oven hot for 30 minutes.

NUTRITIVE CAKE WITH FIBERS

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of rye flour
1/2 cup of wheat fiber
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Raisins
, chopped Black Plum

Beat well, honey, sugar and water in a mixer. Then add the flours, fiber and germ, mixing well. Pass the grape and plum in a little flour and put in the dough. Finally, add the baking soda. Place the dough in a pan with a central hole and bake in a moderate, preheated oven. If you want, after unmolding, sprinkle with grated coconut.
