Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of Fine Wholegrain Flour 1 and 1/2 cup of Textured Granulated Soy Protein 4 tablespoons of Shoyu Integral (soy sauce) Ground iodized sea salt to taste 1 grated onion 1 cup (tea) of homemade tomato sauce 1 and 1/2 cup of water 1 spoon (dessert) of crushed flaxseed 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
How to make: Grind the soy in a blender, hydrate it with soy sauce and water for 15 minutes and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well until you get a homogeneous dough, shape the meatballs and bake in a medium oven. Put in tomato sauce to boil for 5 minutes.
