Brown Rice with Sesame

Ingredients: 
 

1 cup (tea) of brown rice
8 cups. (tea) of water
2 col. (soup) of sunflower or canola oil
1 chopped onion
1 crushed garlic clove
1 col. (soup) of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
4 col. (soup) of lightly roasted sesame seeds in skillet
 

Preparation mode:

Choose, wash and soak the rice overnight in 3 cups of tea. Heat the oil and lightly fry the garlic, onion, chives and salt. Add the rice with the sauce water and pour the
remaining 5 cups (tea) of cold water. Wait for it to boil, turn the heat down and let it cook for an hour, until the rice is very soft. Before serving, mix the roasted sesame seeds, stirring gently.
