Let's do according to our image, who are they?

Lately a theme has come up that is about God saying, "Let us make man in our image." Who is the "we" in the sentence? We can read the verse from Genesis 1:26. Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let him rule over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, over the great animals of all the earth and over all the small animals that move along the ground.
But to whom is this resemblance?
In Psalm 8:5 we read "Thou hast made him a little lower than the heavenly beings, and hast crowned him with glory and honor."
And we can still analyze this verse in Hebrews 2: 9, which is written like this: "We see Jesus crowned with glory and honor, who was made a little lower than the angels because of the passion of death, so that , by the grace of God, taste death for all."
It says here that Jesus came a little lower than the angels. The question would be is Jesus similar to angels? In this case, two questions arise:
If Jesus is not like the angels, then in Genesis whoever said let us do is lower than the angels. For if the one who said "let us do" is like Jesus and Jesus is not like the angels, then the one who created man is inferior to the angels.
The only choice is that even though Jesus is made inferior to the angels, these angels are similar to human beings, with only the modification of power. So God is like angels, but his power is infinite in relation to angels.
So what we're seeing as the difference between Jesus and the angels is in the foundation of power, not the similarity described in Genesis.
Therefore, when it is said in Genesis let us make man in our image, this image is also linked to heavenly beings. Since we are all partakers of salvation, but God who works within each human being, in the same way, angels can work as God's representatives, and be in the same position as the term let's do.
We can read in Isaiah 6, 8. After that I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then he said to me: here I am, send me.
Here we have the term "I will send" in the singular, and "go for us". See that the act of saying send is in the singular, as who sends. And the term "go for us" is plural in the sense of obeying.
We can read first Kings 22, 19. Then he said, Hear therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven was by him, on his right hand and on his left.
In that case, what is said in Isaiah, would be clearly defining the singular as the Lord seated on the throne, and the we composed of the celestial entities.
We can also read in Psalms 89, 7. In the assembly of the saints God is to be feared more than all those around him.
Showing that the situation in which God finds himself is seated in the center of the heavenly powers. Which would define that the term "We" involves celestial beings.
In this, we must clearly understand the biblical textual concept, and the way of understanding the Scriptures through the prophets and writers of the old testament.
To define that the writers had a thought, or that the way of writing had something that no one knew, is an action that can nullify anything from Scripture.
If a group can create imaginations about Scripture, trying to alter the idea it was written in, then anyone can have the right to do the same. And in that case it would bring chaos to the Scriptures.
Masters would appear defining hidden terms, and altering ideas, by some plural, or singular said in some sentence, or even some masculine pronoun defining as feminine and vice versa.
Thus, the conservation of the Scriptures is directly linked to the acceptance of them as they are written and in the logic in which they were written.
let's make man, creation of man, creation, a little lower than the angels, let's make Bible, let's make Genesis
