Ingredients:
150 g or 1 ½ cup (tea) wholemeal flour
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons () linseed (knock on blender)
1 tablespoon () oil
4 tablespoons () of water
cornmeal, enough to sprinkle
Mode to do:
Put the whole flour, flaxseed flour, oil, and salt in a container and mix, with your hands until you get a flour.
Add the water and mix well. Work the dough on a clean surface until it is smooth and uniform.
Sprinkle the cornmeal on a clean surface and roll the dough, very thin, with the help of a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into squares (3 cm)
Sprinkle more cornmeal over a refractory container, and distribute the cookies, leaving a space between them.
